The Primrose Slipover is worked in stockinette stitch and features pretty bows under the arms in double knitting. It’s knittted in one strand of our Merino (fingering) and one strand of Silk Mohair held together. It’s perfect to wear over a blouse, shirt or dress, and, since it is sleeveless, it’s easy to wear under a coat as the weather gets chillier!
The Belledonne Slipover is a sleeveless brioche sweater that is knitted with a Double Merino (DK) yarn and a Silk Mohair (lace) yarn held together. If you like the design and are looking for something even warmer, why not check out our sweater version.
The Minaouët features a beautiful V-neck, pretty balloon sleeves and a loose fit, knit in broken rib stitch. Its textured stitch makes it the perfect comfy, cosy piece to curl up in. It is knitted with three strands held together for extra fluffiness: one Merino (fingering) and two Silk Mohair. Don’t forget too that many of our colourways have matching buttons in multiple styles! You can browse the range here.
I’m sure you’ve seen by now that we have just released three new colours! Giboulées is the perfect medium grey, Pralines is a pretty pink and Émeraude (my personal favourite!) is a gorgeous, deep forest green. Of course they’re all here to stay, but we also think they’re perfect for this season’s knitting! What do you think of our Primrose Slipover in Emeraude or our Belledonne Slipover in Pralines (pictured above)?
And let’s not forget the beautiful autumnal shades that have been with us since we first released our yarn back in November 2021! Trésor (a rich, mustard/gold) and Châtaigne (a warm chestnut brown) are firm Fall favourites. Below you can see the Romy Jumper knitted in Trésor and the Silver Leaf Jumper knitted in Châtaigne.
If you took a break from knitting over the Summer (we didn’t!), it might be time to upgrade your knitting accessories for the season ahead. Have you seen our beautiful golden stitch markers available in two different styles?
And if you’re as excited as we are about the arrival of sweater weather, why not shout it from the rooftops with the cute, enamel pin? You can check out our full range of pins here.
What are you looking forward to knitting this Autumn? Which of these patterns and colours our your favourite? Let us know in the comments! And don’t forget to share your makes on Instagram by tagging us at @along.avec.anna and using the hashtags #alongavecanna and #alongavecannayarn.
