Louison (Lady)

Louison (Lady) is a feminine jumper with buttons at the back. It is worked top-down with raglan sleeves. Knitted out of DK / sport weight yarn, it will easily suit all seasons. This sweater has a rounded hem at the bottom, made using short rows: the front and back are slightly longer than the sides.

Its little extra lies in the embroidery which is added at the end and which can be placed either under the neckline or on the side of the jumper. If you would like to add this finish, the embroidery pattern is available separately at alongavecanna.com, under the name “Louison Embroidery”.

Sizes: Finished measurements: 80, 85, 90 (95, 100, 105, 110) 115, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160 cm of bust circumference

Gauge: 22 sts x 30 rows = 10 cm in stockinette stitch in the round
with 3.75mm/US 5 needles (or another size depending on your gauge)

Yarn: DK weight yarn: 740, 765, 820 (865, 910, 980, 1030) 1085, 1135, 12601405, 1530, 1625 meters

Sample version: Chester Wool, Angel DK, undyed with 8 cm of positive ease.

Recommended needles (or another size to get the gauge): 3.75mm/US 5 for the body andthe sleeves
3.5mm/US 4 for ribbing

Notions: stitch markers, scrap yarn, tapestry needle, 7 buttons of 12-15mm
