The Starcross mittens are seamlessly worked from the cuff. They have a beautiful Scandinavian-inspired motif pattern.
They use the Stranded colourwork technique on a small diameter. They are accessible to an intermediate level.
Sizes: 1, 2 (3, 4)
Circumference: 20, 21.5 (23.5, 26) cm.
Recommended ease: about 3 cm.
Note: the measurement should be taken at the centre of the hand, just above the thumb parting. To change size, vary your needle size and therefore your gauge. The instructions are then identical for each size.
Gauge:
26, 24, (22, 20) sts for 10 cm in stranded colorwork
Yarns:
Main colour (MC) : 2 balls of Double Merino – Along avec Anna
Contrasting colour (CC) : 1 ball of Double Merino – Along avec Anna

The needles are to be chosen according to the desired size and the corresponding gauge.
The sample was knitted on 3.75mm needles for the colourwork and 3.5mm for the ribbing to obtain a size 2 (21.5 cm in circumference).
