Primrose (Slipover) is a sleeveless jumper, worked in stockinette stitch, knit with our Merino yarn (Fingering) and our Silk Mohair (lace) held together. It is the perfect little vest to wear over a pretty blouse, shirt or dress and is worn with a positive ease between 5 and 10 cm. It’s made up of a panel on the front, and another one on the back, which close under the arms with pretty bows knitted in double knitting.
Knit from the top down.
SIZES – Finished measurements: 80, 90, 100 (110, 120, 130) [140, 150, 160] cm of bust circumference
RECOMMENDED EASE – Between 5 and 10 cm of positive ease
GAUGE – 22 sts x 28 rows = 10 cm in needles 4mm/US6 (or another size depending on your gauge)
YARN – Two strands held together – a fingering weight and a mohair
Fingering (200/50g): 535, 605, 690 (785, 890, 980) [1085, 1195, 1310] meters so 3, 3, 4 (4, 5, 5) [6, 6, 7] balls of Merino – Along avec Anna
Mohair (210m/25g): 610, 630, 730 (830, 940, 1040) [1150, 1260, 1380] meters so 3, 3, 4 (4, 5, 5) [6, 6, 7] balls of Silk Mohair – Along avec Anna
Sample version: Knit in size 90 cm with 10 cm of positive ease, in colorway Dragée
Knit in 110cm in Emeraude and in Orage
