Olive’s Day Set is a two-pieces knitting set: a little bonnet that is tied under the chin with an Icord, and a long sleeves romper, with a texture stitch on the body and stockinette stitch on the bottom. The belt is tightened by an Icord and the bottom of the short is closed with 3 buttons.
The romper is worked top-down while the bonnet is worked from the hem to the crown. Both patterns use the technique of knitting in the round with circular needles.
It is relatively accessible to knitting beginners.

Bonnet: newborn, 0-3 (3-6, 6-9) [9-12, 12-24] months
Romper: newborn, 3 (6, 9, 12) [18, 24] months
Gauge: 23 sts x 34 rows = 10 cm in stockinette in 3.75mm/US5 needles (or another size depending on your gauge).
Yarn – DK weight yarn: Double Merino – Along avec Anna
Bonnet – 65, 75 (80, 85) [90, 100] meters
Romper – 285, 330 (350, 400, 485) [500, 530] meters
Recommended needles (if they give you the same gauge): 3.75mm/US 5, 3.5mm/US 4 for 1×1 ribbing, 2.75mm for the Icord
Notions: stitch markers, scrap yarn or stitch holders, tapestry needle, 3 snaps (or buttons)
