Cocoon is a slightly boxy sweater with stripes on the body and sleeves. It is knitted with two strands of Silk Mohair held together. It is knitted with larger needles in order to obtain a nice drape and airy result.
The construction is bottom-up : you start by knitting the body in the round, then the front and back are knitted back and forth one after the other. The shoulders are joined together and the neck stitches are picked-up for a rib finish. The stitches from the sleeves are then picked up to knit them from the armhole to the wrist.
